Born behind the bar at Benchwarmer, a West Melbourne izakaya, Oishii World brews rice lagers built for the table — grilled skewers, salty snacks, good company. Oishii Dry keeps things bright and citrusy with real Victorian yuzu. Oishii Black turns the lights down with roasted kinako and a darker, roastier finish.
